Job Description
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Supervise the issuance of items from warehouses – raw material and finished goods – and ensure that they are properly accounted for in the system and follow established policies and procedures.
- Supervise the transfer of items from main warehouses to branch warehouses as per Sales requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Monitor consumables stores guide storekeeper and ensure the store's function is carried out as per established systems and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of business administration or logistics
- 6-8 years in managing warehouse operations in huge companies
- Bachelor Degree of engineering or information system.
- Experience: 2-4 Years in the same position.
- SAP experience is a must
- Excel Excellent user
- Very good communication skills
- Good analysis & Reporting skills
