Job Description
- Support in designing employee experience frameworks.
- Support in Designing engagement events and activities and perform administrative related tasks to ensure proper delivery and achieving its objectives.
- Support in creating materials and managing internal communication channels for employee engagement and information sharing.
- Facilitate change management initiatives within the Company to align with corporate strategy.
- Organize, implement and coordinate employee surveys, engagement programs and take initiatives to ensure a positive and exciting environment in the company.
- Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience.
- Assessing the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience.
- Support in creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being.
- Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand.
Job Requirements
- 2:4 years of experience in Learning & development.
- Including experience in Employee Engagement activities and Satisfaction.
- HR Diploma is preferable.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to influence others.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail.
- Preferably Male.
