Job Description
Over all Job Scope
Assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the General Management Department, will assist colleagues by supporting them with planning and distributing information, will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce, Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the General Manager and the board members.
- Design and implement filing systems, prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of all needed data through the General Manager instructions.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for the General Manager office.
- Check frequently the levels of the General Manager office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Make travel arrangements for all needed through the General Manager instruction and Guidance.
- Allocate available resources to enable successful task performance.
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive secretary or administrative assistant.
- Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- From 3 to 5-year experience in the same position or related.
- Bachelor Degree.
- English must be Very Good spoken and written.
