Job Description
- Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
- Train new staffs, and prepare orientation program for the new hired (double visits, training material & train new hired on needed business reports)
- Monitoring Sales Representative team's performance – establishing random confirmation phone calls to clients - and motivating them to reach targets
- Preparing weekly reports of performance appraisal
- Keep accurate up-to-date records, data base and documentation (doctor's details, hospitals, top doctors) for reporting and feedback.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
Job Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university (faculty of veterinary medicine – pharmacy & chemistry) preferred
- Knowledge of Marketing ( especially in radiology industry ) preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- four years experience
- Effective interpersonal skills, leadership skills & creativity
