Job Description
We are seeking an experienced JavaScript Engineer to join our new engineering team in Cairo. The JavaScript Engineer would help us improve and scale Agolo's dashboard and build features according to client demands.
As a Javascript Engineer, you will:
- Build and test front-end UI components
- Integrate the website with existing APIs
- Build data visualizations and other user experiences
Job Requirements
Required qualifications:
- 3–5 years programming experience
- Experience with NodeJS and a modern JavaScript framework (Angular, React, Ember)
- Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and Big O
- Strong command of Git and team workflows
- Professional-level written and spoken English
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with MeteorJS
- Familiarity with ReactJS and Redux
- Familiarity with D3 and ElasticSearch
- Understanding of testing and TDD
