Job Description
- Monitor product life cycle performance, generate reports and present product performance analysis.
- Monitor efficient working of all projects and ensure compliance to project plan.
- Conduct Market research and due diligence for new innovations, e-commerce trends, new platforms and solutions
- Plan and assure the team to translate requirement into technical document for developer.
- Work closely with designers and Information Technology to develop prototypes, product specification, workflows, use cases and wireframes for e-commerce products.
- Participate in quality assurance and business testing processes.
- Liaise with all major stakeholders to develop product from Ideation, feasibility and engagement, to implementation, testing and launch.
- Work closely with UX/UI Designers to build use cases, mock ups and perform A/B testing to derive optimal results.
- Assess the performance of current products related to usage, sales and profit growth.
- Rationalize and grow portfolio based on performance and opportunity. Leverage pricing and conversion strategies to appropriately position portfolio to maximize competitiveness and margin expectations.
- Inform and broadcast product development initiatives to sales, marketing and communications in order to attain product support.
- Develop business cases for value proposition of products through IT, Finance and other stakeholder facilitation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years full time professional experience in related field and at least 2 year of experience in Managerial role.
- English and Arabic Fluency.
- Bachelor’s Degree, NPDP(New Product Development Professional Certification would be an asset.
- Knowledge of Product Development methodology.
- Knowledge of technology and trend for new product introduction.
- Knowledge of UX and UI methodology.
- Knowledge of digital media and visualization such as audio, text, pictures, diagrams, video, photos, maps, 3D models etc.
- Knowledge of Project Management methodology & Agile Methodology
