Job Description
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email. Social media and display marketing advertising campaigns.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure that IT-Fusion’s brands is at the forefront of industry developments.
- Attend product launches and networking events.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Keep IT-Fusion’s CRM customer database updated and assist with lead generation activities.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years proven working experience in B2B marketing, focused on digitalis
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends), and possess the skills of data-driven decision making.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- organizational skills with the ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
