Job Description

Ensuring that all technical aspects are functioning optimally. Overseeing and maintaining company
hardware and software systems. Resolving technical issues concerning staff accounts or company
software infrastructure

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners.
    Plus, any other hardware or software products
  • Handling company staff technical support cases
  • Maintaining system functionality and Troubleshooting hardware and software issues with SLA
  • Following up with customer to ensure first call resolution and achieving 100% customer
    satisfaction Rate
  • Use various administrative department tools and resources for incidents resolution

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent Degree
  • 3 years’ experience in large-sized organization Experience
  • Solid Knowledge of administering Microsoft applications & most recent
    technology
  • Fluently Speaking both Arabic/English Skills
  • MCSE MCITP Certification is a Must Certifications
