Role:
- Senior Sales Engineer role is to plan & implement company sales strategies and build customers relations.
- He will be responsible for achievement of sales plan, building & maintaining relations with customers according to targeted segments.
- Collect & remark changes in the market and competitors dynamics.
Accountabilities:
- Achieving sales targets and quota.
- Develop new product and/or services according to the market dynamics and requirements within company portfolio
- Identifying sales opportunities and presenting benefits and key features of products effectively to acquire new business
- Preparing the semiannual forecast according to company product and services.
- Generate an action plan to achieve sales target
- Indicates the required resources for achieving goals and target.
- Managing the agreed levels of customer activity to raise revenue or volume streams.
- Conduct customers’ visits in the targeted segment to promote our products & allocate opportunities.
- Approaching Electrical consultants & contractors to register the company Products and service
- Preparation customize technical presentations to explain products & services according to customer behaviour.
- Preparation case study for sales deal go/no go.
- Proposal to customers with a suitable technical solution with the aid of our various products line up.
- Submittal of offers & participation in various tenders.
- Negotiate final agreement for all the prospective terms (technical, commercial & contractual terms) and contract management till final acceptance & completion.
- Execute marketing activities plan as required.
- Collect competitors technical and commercial data
- Travel throughout sales territory.
- Work independently within accounts as well as network with new accounts.
- Taking ownership and responsibility from pre-sales to project invoicing.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
- Provide monthly report on sales activities and customer initiatives through CRM.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and another department.
- Demonstrate how products exceed those of competitors.

Job Requirements
Skills & additional Competencies:
- 4-6 years of selling experience Earthing & Lightning systems.
- High negotiation ability.
