Job Description
- Prepare terms of references for engineering department.
- Develop & implement policies, standards and procedures for engineering department.
- Coordinate & direct projects.
- Create detailed plans for the engineering departments to reach corporate goals.
- Direct and review engineering specifications and changes.
- Following all engineering department time schedules for implementing all phases of the projects.
- Create and monitor BOQs.
- Assisting in interviewing, hiring and training employees.
- Review engineering department objectives and consistency with corporate objectives.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reports.
- Evaluate and approve all equipment, tools and materials required for the projects.
- Create and approve estimated budgets related to tenders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field required.
- 10 – 15 Years of Experience in Civil Engineering
- Advanced English kills
- Project management experience
- Leadership and management skills
