Job Description
A multinational company is expanding to tackle new sectors.
To that end, it is looking for a driven project manager with extensive experience in e-Learning or e-Training development. This is a senior role at an organization and requires a lot of coordination with internal departments, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with clients
- Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project
- Coordinating between clients and our internal team
- Helping set up contracts with clients
- Attracting new clients
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Optimizing and improving process and the overall approach where necessary
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
- Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of projects
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in the e-learning or e-training domains
- Major advantage prior experience with LMS or SCORM authoring tools
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Capacity to manage high-stress situations
- Attention to details
- Big picture thinking and creativity
- Ability to think critically
- English Language is a must
