Job Description

  • Proc-Global is seeking a full time Administrative and Marketing Assistant who would be responsible for managing administrative and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Scheduling Meetings with Customers.
  • Daily follow up with the Manager on the working schedule.
  • Respond to internal and external communications
  • Invoicing.
  • Filling and Code all the communications
  • Coordinate conferences, complete conference registrations for company employees, make travel arrangements for office personnel.
  • Maintain updated contact information for company employees, and customers, keep such information confidential.
  • Some other Administrative Tasks can be assigned

Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, have analytical thinking skills and has good skills in graphic design. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and illustrator (Must).
  • Exception written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Must).
  • Excellent Computer skills (Proficient user of MS Office and searching on Internet).
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales processes and workflows is an advantage.
