- Respond to emails and communicate with German customers via social channels for travel company.
- Handle German Customers inquires and complaints.
- Log customer details on the CRM.
- Enter data of tours in the website.
- Full time from 9 am to 5 pm in Nasr City "Thursday & Friday are off".
