About the Job

Cybertron International, Inc. a multinational computer manufacturer and a managed IT services provider, We are currently looking for a Remote IT Support staff based in Egypt. Reporting to the “IT Services Supervisor”, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Customers based on US remotely.

Role Responsibility

  • Handle daily remote technical support activities on desktop support, network and server management
  • Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and maintain, Desktop Operating System, MS Office and any other authorized desktop applications.
  • Ensure that Incidents and Service Requests have been dealt with to the Client users satisfaction
  • Ensure that response time and resolution time objectives are met as defined in the SLA and Workflow
  • Responsible for managing backups
  • Work with 3rd party service providers in the process of analyzing and resolving customer issues.
  • Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the Team Lead
  • Other relevant duties as and when required
Job Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in Desktop, servers, printers
  • Superior customer service and support skills
  • Experience in Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Operating system, Endpoint security solutions and applications
  • Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills are required.
  • Strong understanding of Server technologies, VMWare\ Hyper-V and Network
  • Well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, and work on multiple issues simultaneously.

Skills Required

  • BSc. in Computer Engineering, Computer science
  • Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Candidates with Microsoft certificate will give preference
  • Can works under pressure and with sense of urgency
  • Troubleshooting skills and problems analysis mentality
  • Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and operate in a fast-paced environment.
