Job Description
- Prepare and manage & documents.
- Organize & coordinate meetings, conferences, travel and arrangements.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Handle incoming mail and other material.
- Set up and maintain filing systems.
- Set up work procedures.
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
- Links with internal and external contacts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Operates and manage office equipment's and supplies.
- Receiving sales orders from customer.
- Issuing sales orders to distribution team.
- Follow up release of goods to our customers.
- Follow up manufacturing of goods with supply chain team.
- Co-ordinates between sales & marketing supply chain.
- Follow up payment documents (Che-ques) between customers & finance department.
- Co-operates with marketing department in all paperwork's.
- Main coordinator of all seminars & marketing meeting.
- Setting pull & push strategy from distributor to ends users.
- Picking up vet hotline calls for receiving sales orders & problem solving
Job Requirements
- Administrative writing & reporting skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing & database management.
- Proven experience in information and communication management.
- knowledge of business and administrative principles and procedures.
