Job Description
- Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one.
- Using different channel to contact customers via email, telephone, management referrals, social network and outside visit to open sales leads. Schedule meetings, Make presentation and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales target.
- Follow up with customers on open leads and update its status daily.
- Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents and disbursement of fund.
- Prepares reports that show sales activities for team on daily basis
- Negotiate with customer concerning contract terms and method of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
- Representing the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions and conferences.
- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior in a mature professional business manner when representing the company
- Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements and budget while accompanying them to the site when requested
