Job Description
- Receipt of the packing list for incoming shipments and matching the incoming goods.
- Ensure the correct receipt of the goods in the refrigerator upon arrival and making a record of receipt and delivery of the goods.
- Ensure the correct receipt of the goods to the store after releasing them upon receipt and make a record of that.
- The necessity of his presence at executions as a representative of the financial department.
- A member of the monthly inventory and periodic inventory committee and when needed during the month to ensure the correctness of the inventory data.
- Reviewing and matching the warehouse transfers on the system to the actual.
- Member of the Committee for the execution of goods.
- Carry out inventory adjustments for the stores after the management approves this on the system.
- Reviewing the daily stock exchange and return bills and reviewing the monthly closing.
- Verify the correctness of the balances on the system and with the validity dates.

- Follow up on the store of samples and gifts and make a monthly report on its contents.
- Works as a back-up in the absence of a storekeeper.
