Job Description
- To monitor, control and supervise all operations in the plant 24 hours per day making sure that all processes are carried out efficiently while keeping the plant in a perfect shape.
- To manage well known deficiencies independently and, otherwise, effectively report all kind of incidences to first line managers of the plant, seek for their advice and make sure that their recommendations are followed up by the O&M suppliers.
Job Requirements
- Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cement plant or similar heavy industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and flexible.
