Job Description
- Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, phone)
- Be a passionate advocate for customer and cooks while answering any questions that come your way
- Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
- Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to have us always in mind
- Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
Work Conditions :
- Working Hours: 8 working hours. 2 days off
- Work Place : Maadi
- Might need to work till 10pm
Job Requirements
- Excellent Command on English Language is a MUST
- Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills in English and Arabic language.
- High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
