Orascom Hotel Management is looking for a E-commerce Coordinator based in El Gouna central offices.

Key Responsibilities

Upload rates and availability on CRS & OTA's extranet.
Maintain cancellation policies and restrictions during peak periods.
Monitor the display of rates - check for rate discrepancies in all online channels.
Manage availability according to inventory available provided by Reservation department.
Prepare monthly production reports.
Ensure invoices are paid.
Work with 23 individual hotels part of the chain.
Handle amenities and information displayed on OTA's (Booking.com, Expedia etc).

Qualifications

The job is located in El-Gouna; so kindly make sure that you will be able to relocate.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum one year experience in reservation, revenue management or E-commerce department.
Highly computer literate : Expert in Excel sheet, Using OTA extranets or other hotel related CRS systems.
interested in new technologies, easy going with new software.
Self-learner, adaptability, precise.
