- Monitors Order process and insures all is on track
- Communicate orders with the delivery team through mumm technology
- Call Customers for satisfaction survey after our products have been delivered
- Insures feedback has been translated into action with support from the multi-functional team
- Coordinates with logistics team all the customer gifts and deliveries
- Contribute to ideas on how to satisfy our customers better
- Engage with the team on building the company culture and delivering on goals
- Fill reports for customer satisfaction of service
