Job Description
- Lead & manage all aspects of the fleet transport operations to achieve targets & operating budget
- Responsible for the overall operational efficiency through implementation of improved policies, procedures and systems to achieve continuous improvement
- Analyze data and monitor KPIs to plan improvements and provide logistical solutions if needed
- Prepare the department yearly budget and control budget versus actual
- Oversees personnel including coaching, training, and evaluating employees’ performance
Fleet Maintenance & Operations:
- Prepare the logistics monthly plan
- Responsible for the execution of the logistics operational plan
- Manage the Operation & Maintenance division
- Assist in promoting company business for enhancing utilization rates of fleet
- Oversees Port Stevedoring activities
- Manage the operational efficiency of the fleet based on standard trip times
- Responsible to keeping Cost/km, Cost/ton, Cost/day within standard rates
- Lead the activities of the maintenance to ensure fleet availability
- Analyze maintenance costs and ensure maintenance records are accurate and up-to-date
- Complete special projects
- Manages service trucks
Warehouse Management:
- Plan, Monitor and Control the receipt and dispatch of goods (Bulk commodities)
