Job Description
- Senior Service engineer is to lead the team and support in all service calls and preventive maintenance calls
- Report to his direct manager weekly
- Satisfy customer needs related to the job
- Support from time to time in demos with sales team when needed
- Attend all trainings
- Having deep knowledge with all product range and coach his team to do their calls properly
- Communicate openly with both the customer and the management for all related service issues
- Help in getting more leads to the company by reporting any finding needs in the field
Job Requirements
- Biomedical engineering background
- Service field experience not less than 5 years
- Excellent leadership skills and communication skills
- Good English command both written and spoken
