Job Description
- Participate in technical studies of projects including review of drawings, BOQs and specifications to ensure compliance with company needs in conformance with standards, legal requirements, health and safety,
- Participate in value engineering, costing and pricing studies to achieve planned budget Schedule materials and equipment purchases and deliveries.
- Implement the assigned construction activities and projects in conformance with designs, specifications and adhering to ERC policies and procedures.
- Review work schedules, construction methods and procedures alignment with contractual agreements and ERCs policies and procedures.
- Monitor contractors performance and work progress to ensure alignment with planned work schedules and specifications.
- Inspect and test all ongoing activities according to quality plans to achieve high quality product.
- Review, inspect and test all supplied materials and supplies to ensure its compliance with specifications, standards and approved samples.
- Review/calculate quantity survey and review submitted invoices to ensure that the company gets what it pays for.
- Report the project status periodically including construction progress, resources on site, expected progress, any instructions and agreements, challenges, non-ordinary things and problems occurrences.
- Anticipate potential problem areas and analyze errors to recommend solutions and corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Knowledge in quality of construction and finishing works and its material,
