As Technical Support/ IT Admin Specialist you'll be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and networks and supporting our users internally.

Duties:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Replacing parts as required
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
  • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.

Job Requirements

  • 1-4 years experience in IT/networks/tech support roles
  • Excellent in both Linux and MicroSoft/Windows OS (Office)
  • Amazing troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong IT security background
  • Good knowledge of Network / infrastructure
  • Good knowledge of Firewall systems - Sohpos, MikroTik, pfSense
  • Will work in technical support and network administration
