As Technical Support/ IT Admin Specialist you'll be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and networks and supporting our users internally.
Duties:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replacing parts as required
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Job Requirements
- 1-4 years experience in IT/networks/tech support roles
- Excellent in both Linux and MicroSoft/Windows OS (Office)
- Amazing troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT security background
- Good knowledge of Network / infrastructure
- Good knowledge of Firewall systems - Sohpos, MikroTik, pfSense
- Will work in technical support and network administration
