Job Description
- Book reservations for flights, hotels & cruises.
- Plan readymade & tailored travel offers.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, live chat or email.
- Remain informed of all airline rules and regulations and current touristic status.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
- Provide pricing information.
- Provide coaching for junior agents to ensure premier service levels.
- Ensures clear understanding of requests and inquiries when processing e-mails.
- Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
- Should be able to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
Job Requirements
- Residents of Nasr City / Heliopolis / New Cairo are preferred.
- Working Hours: 12 – 8 pm.
- 2 Days off (Rotational).
- Excellent English Language Skills.
- BA/BSc in any discipline.
- Experience in Airlines/Tourism/ Travel Agencies is a must.
- Previous experience in organizing travel packages inside Egypt & abroad is a must.
- Experience in using one of the GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Saber) is a must.
- Customer Service experience.
