A highly motivated, Fisherman based on West Africa to oversee all aspects of fishing best practices
- Must able to measure the quality of fish catch, precision and accuracy.
- Determine how to improve catch and must react appropriately to weather condition.
- Must be able to operate complex fishing machinery competently and do routine maintenance.
- Must be able to work long hours in strenuous conditions.

Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience as Fishing Expert and must be in good health and be mentally and physically strong. Mechanical ability is also preferred. Stamina is need to work long hours on large vessels more than 400 ton on ocean fishing.
