Job Description

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Executing operational office needs (maintenance, facilities, stationery supplies…etc.).
  • Handling medical insurance operational claims and requests.
  • Handling assets purchasing cycle and following up their maintenance.
  • Handling internal and external travel requests (flight bookings, car rentals, issuing visas, hotel bookings, etc.).
  • Dealing with the different relevant service providers and suppliers. 
  • Organizing internal and external events and staff meetings.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Assisting in personnel management.
  • PA For Senior Managers as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations and office management.
  • RE development background.
  • Very good English (verbal and written).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Independence and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
