Job Description
- Review of Requests for Proposal (RFP) documents, understanding, analyzing and accurately assessing all RFP requirements
- Co-ordination, preparation and compilation of complete, compliant and professional proposal documentation, both technical and commercial, for submission to clients in line with client requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure kick off meetings for each proposal preparation
- Review proposal documentation against RFP requirements and ensure compliance
- Maintain communication with client, ask for clarifications and support in obtaining client feedback on submitted proposals
- Develop and update database of templates and frequently required documents
- Coordinate between different departments on preparation and submission of different parts of proposal, compile them together, ensure high quality of content and visual proposal presentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- High level of responsibility and attention to details
- Well-organized, good in planning and time-management
- Developed ability to manage people and processes
- Strong communication skills
