- Conducting face-to-face interviews for candidates who are interested in the job vacancy.
- Comparing candidates’ skills and qualifications to the required job description according to the line of business.
- Marketing the job description, account, salary and benefits for candidates.
- Monitoring candidates’ performance in the training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, Human Resources or healthcare related field highly preferred
- Ability to multi-task.
- Fluent English Speakers.
- Previous Face-to-Face Interviewing Experience is a plus.
- Committed for at least 1 year (No Military).
- Customer Service industry background is a plus.
