Job Description
- Archive and file all the documents of the exporting deals.
- Manage the documents of the samples.
- Assist preparing the documents of (shipment, invoices, packing, and certificate of origin) and any other required documents for customer clearance.
- Follow the offers of the shipping agencies.
- Follow up with the financial department for the cash transfer and the credit letters’ activation.
- Prepare different presentations and materials to support the export sales process.
- Assist searching for new potential customers (through Gov. tools).
- Handel and insure the ISO. Process.
- Generate repots show the export sales activities and revenue scale.
- Arrange and, book hotels and trips for our VIP. Customers.
- Manage the preparations of meetings with customers (catalogs, samples …).
- Represent the export sales department in furniture fairs and exhibitions.
- Follow up the cost estimation process with the designing and financial departments.
- Follow up with the planning and production departments for the production requests.
- Prepare offers under supervision of export sales specialist.
- Add the approved orders on the ERP System.
- Monitor and follow the monthly payments of the customers.
- Follow up with the shipping agencies to ensure the accuracy delivery dates.
- Assist preparing for local and export sales exhibitions.
- Assist the local sales department training programs.
- Support the marketing department in different marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Economics, Commerce, business or equivalent.
- Solid computer skills and Microsoft office are must.
- Excellent English language.
- Cairo resident.
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work on flexible working hours.
