- International contact center advisor should function as the most senior agent, mainly handles special call center projects outside Egypt.
- He should be the “go to" person for assistance, and have basic knowledge on other technical subjects for ongoing projects.
- International CC advisor is primarily responsible for doing international Outbound calls to generate VIP Leads.
- Attracts potential Leads by answering product / service sophisticated questions, suggesting information about other products, services or alternatives
- Contacts businesses or private individuals in English.
- Delivers sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a service .
- Identifies and overcomes objections.
- Takes the caller through the sales process.
- Obtains customer information correctly.
- Log call details on the CRM as per process
- Other Specific duties for the role include interpreting the available details, forwarding requests or complains to the concerned departments, keeping record of account details, , making follow up calls,
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Contact Center manager.
Job Requirements
- Applicants Must be Fluent and Confident English speaker, preferable to be Native / Mother Tongue
- Excellent communication & problem solving Skills.
- Smooth English speaker over the phone
- Flexible with shift basis (8 hours rotational shifts 5 days a week and 2 days off).
