Admin Part :
- Arranging national and international meetings for the top management.
- Dealing with correspondence, and taking minutes.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations Carrying out researches and presenting findings into subjects the manager is dealing with and handling suppliers business visit schedule
- Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
- Standing in for the manager and making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence
- Sometimes being involved in the decision-making process.
- To handle any other tasks instructed by the GM To investigate according to the GM instructions
- To submit accurate, complete, honest & timely reports regarding accomplishments.
- Acting as back office assistance for the sales team.
Import & Export Part:
- Establish and implement logistics procedures in line with organisational requirements
- Coordinating with all required freight carriers including negotiating prices & conditions for the benefits of the company
- coordinating and controlling the order cycle and Responsible for all logistics operations
- Follow up with the customer for the payment.
- Regarding export ,deal with all kinds of payment including the L/C, CAD, TT & CASH
HR Part:
- Recruit ,interview ,test ,select joiner workers to fill vacant positions
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards company goals
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness , compliance and equity within company
