Job Description
- Handle daily functions of the CEO office to deliver measurable, cost-effective results.
- Assist with the scheduling and sending of calendar invites for internal and external company meetings.
- Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of effective daily schedule.
- Control correspondences
- Handle all of Chairman & CEO travel and expenses
- Take over the responsibility for all daily activities, organizing and operations of the office.
- Manages front office & incoming traffic.
- Follow up on all issues until resolution and achieve
- Design filing systems & ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
- Define procedures for record retention & ensure protection and security of files and records
Job Requirements
