• Develops a business development of sales plan based on market research
• Manage all the activities of direct sales.
• Control, supervise and monitor Sales staff activities.
• Planning & implementing yearly sales staff activities.
• Forecast, cost and analyze sales results.
• Work closely with other departments.
• Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions.
