Job Objectives:
To provide professional leadership and management of the all classes, to support and develop the students in the class and hold them accountable for their progress. To manage, your own professional development with the support of your line manager in order to secure high quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement of all students in your classes
Main Responsibilities:
Typical tasks that may be carried out include:
- Be committed to the teaching of ICT in a professional, dynamic and empathetic manner
- Be actively involved in initiatives that support the Mathematics and Computing Specialism including promoting the use of cross-curricular ICT and Primary School collaboration
- Utilize innovative technologies to enhance learning and teaching
- Be actively involved in curriculum review and development
- Undertake the role of a college mentor to support, motivate and inspire students
- Being responsible to Leader of ICT, Innovation and Development
Job Requirements

- Technical and professional knowledge: strong background in cyber skills ; some software proficiency such as Photoshop; have a positive attitude towards leading children to take responsibility for their own learning and behavior

- Working Experience; at least 3 years working experience in education and qualifications in subject area, Good English; Must be committed to working in an international environment
- Communication Skills: You must be able to speak clearly to students, other teachers, parents and administration officials.
- Instruction Skills: You should be able to explain unfamiliar concepts with authority and in a clear and concise way so that students can understand.
- Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities. Patience will help teachers deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.
- Creativity: Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons. Additionally, teachers may have to work with different learning styles to get the most out of each student.
- People Skills: Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and faculty will help create a quality learning environment. You are able to absorb suggestion from others
