Job Description
- Maximize followers’ social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and LinkedIn.
- Ensure that approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate for each medium.
- Monitor social media for customer comments both positive and negative.
- Build reporting frameworks to evaluate the return on investment on the various platforms.
- Engage with customers to resolve customer service issues and or create positive PR opportunities.
- Analyze social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.
- Develop a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content.
- Search social media for off-diary stories and content
- Plan and delivery of community management strategies through social media.
- Manage the social media marketing strategy for Digital Cloud clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Execution of all social media activities (i.e. Creating, Publishing, Engaging, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc.) for Digital Cloud clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a similar area preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the digital marketing field.
- Designing skills (Photoshop,illustrator,etc)
- Understanding of Copywriting styles and execution.
