Duties and Responsibilities:
This is the main roles & responsibilities required from the candidate, it is all listed below:
- Build and execute marketing/social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Create editorial calendars and schedules.
- Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Manage agencies for branding, advertising & social media.
- Responsible for all internal branding activities as well as BTL material and giveaways.
- Assist the in-house graphic designer/production team to create campaigns/videos in support of the corporate marketing strategy.
- Prepare periodic reports and business reviews to be viewed by the management team.
- Establish and monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in marketing or related field.
- MUST Have real estate experience.
- In-depth knowledge of most common social media platforms.
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Fair knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Fluency in English.
- BS in Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations is a plus.
