Job Description
- Fresh Food Manager is responsible for achieving maximum sales in fresh food and Gross profit, controlling wastage / operating costs, planning and monitoring of inventory management and ensuring high productivity of the Management and staffs in the store.
Job Requirements
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in fresh food department operations.
- Strong working knowledge in the system.
- Leadership experience in fresh food service.
- Management knowledge, how to manage people and information.
