Job Description
- Ensure smooth rental operation for customers (handling booking process - answer phone calls - answer clients inquiries).
- Handle Cairo Camera Rentals website.
- Handle all clients inquiries regarding gear, filming and production.
- Manage inventory to ensure that all our assets are sorted, in good condition and updated on our website.
- Work in harmony with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of the marketing plans and goals.
- Engage your PR skills to increase Cairo Camera Rentals exposure and represent the company in public exhibitions and summits.
- Report to Camera Rental Operations Manager.
Job Requirements
- Self learning skills: willingness to explore the media production industry and acquire the needed information to run the business
- Advanced knowledge of computer & Internet skills
