Job Description

  • Reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Acquiring and managing key client accounts in the insurance industry.
  • Managing a new digital platform for financial service comparison and ensuring the best user experience and customer service.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Leading efforts to establish and retain business growth opportunities. Primarily obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Min. 10 years work experience in the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • MBA or MSC is an asset.
  • Proven track record of sales accomplishments within the industry.

Personal Skills

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Exceptional communication and organization skills
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional sales abilities and techniques.
