Job Description

Job Brief 

  • CRM Manager is to successfully manage customer relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer . and Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. Duties include supervising and managing the customer service team and provide the highest standards of customer service.

Job Scope 

  • To provide comprehensive support to our customers and to respond to any difficulties encountered by them.
  • Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing difficulties with the company. 
  • Pass any customer comments on products to research and development staff to enable them to identify any potential improvements in products. 
  • Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
  • Develop and implement a customer service strategy which provides total customer satisfaction and meets corporate objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Field is a must
  •  5-7 years of experience at the same role
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
  • Excellent in English
  • Must have excellent management and leadership skills.
  • Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
