Job Brief
- CRM Manager is to successfully manage customer relations by being a liaison between the company and the customer . and Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times. Duties include supervising and managing the customer service team and provide the highest standards of customer service.
Job Scope
- To provide comprehensive support to our customers and to respond to any difficulties encountered by them.
- Oversee the provision of help desk support to customers experiencing difficulties with the company.
- Pass any customer comments on products to research and development staff to enable them to identify any potential improvements in products.
- Direct and control the staff of the department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards
- Develop and implement a customer service strategy which provides total customer satisfaction and meets corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate Field is a must
- 5-7 years of experience at the same role
- Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
- Excellent in English
- Must have excellent management and leadership skills.
- Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
