Job Description

Wedding & Event Organizer Duties:

  • Lead every aspect of pre-event planning process with clients and staff
  • Manage day-of-event room setup, decor and special details
  • Work directly with clients to host weddings and a variety of special events
  • Assist with rehearsals and other pre-event planning details
  • Sell, market and promote company
  • Manage clean up, inventory, organization and maintenance needs
  • Work with a variety of vendors and departments to assist in every detail

Job Requirements

Key Skills/Qualifications:

  • Prior Event Planning, Preferably Weddings Require
  • Must be calm and work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Exceptional Organization & Computer Skills
  • Fantastic Customer Service Skills
