Job Description
A new opportunity exists for a professional Business Unit Manager to manage and lead a business unit with a successful internal Technical team based in Cairo.
He will help to start up ITS analytics capability for the Egyptian and Middle East market. What we are looking to achieve is a suite of custom built analytical products to allow our customers can maximize the revenue and reduce cost.
This is a great opportunity to get in an ambitious and well-funded business unit in its early stage, with the chance to build a capability from the ground up.
Purpose of Role
- Manage analytics technical team on a daily basis
- Team coaching, training and development
- Business planning development and delivery
- Team revenue and forecasting
- In combination with expert colleagues, identify the requirements of target business sectors and create new products to meet those needs and develop a revenue stream from them
- Liaison with the marketing team to develop and deliver appropriate campaigns and activities to stimulate growth
Job Requirements
- Strong background in end to end Business Intelligence delivery
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills, ideally in a fundraising environment.
- Superior understanding of donor/customer relationship management databases.
- Demonstrated skills in relationship building and business negotiations including management of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level written and oral communication skills.
- High level organizational and multi-tasking skills.
