Job Description

  • Conducts personnel-related hearings and investigations and implements disciplinary actions
  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Reviews c documentation and processing of payroll wages and deductions from employees to ensure accuracy after reporting and ensure that deviations are corrected
  • Enrolls new employees in benefit plans and provides benefit orientations
  • Manages and presents Management reports such as; attrition and recruitment analysis, HR monthly expenses and Payroll monthly reconciliation, monthly HC reports in order to identify gaps and work on development plans.
  • Manages employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares and communicates information to employees and former employees about benefit programs, procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Min 6 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Accredited HR Diploma
  • Excellent command of English Language
