Job Description
- Production of detailed programmes covering Detailed Design, Procurement, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning.
- Developing and submission of detailed and comprehensive construction program, including loading resources & cost.
- Assist in preparation of programme master schedule and performs critical path analysis;
- Integrates project budget and schedule to support EVM analysis and reporting;
- Participates in claims analysis and negotiations;
- Prepares schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies;
- Prepares project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans;
- Analyzes critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts;
- Assist in preparation of the Weekly and Monthly progress report;
- Performs special analysis for resource loading and performance progress;
- Analyzes drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling;
- Analyze progress reports against current baseline schedules;
- Maintains liaison with the project and field personnel for schedule revisions and updates.
- Provide project planning capabilities including critical interfaces and risks analysis.
- Establish and monitor project controls KPI
Job Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering Discipline, PMP Certificate is Preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in the Construction Industry including practical experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, work control, contracting and budgetary and cost control procedures.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and specialized planning software including Primavera and other turnaround software.
- In-depth knowledge of planning tools, techniques and philosophy.
- Scheduling experience on major EPC projects, with multiple contractor organizations.
