Mechanical Site Engineer

1. Estimates prepare and assign resources such as (manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.) required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
2. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
3. Review, submittal and follow up of the projects shop drawings and material submittals.4- Maintaining the project’s time schedule, and monthly look-ahead. 5- Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
4. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
5. Preparing and submittals of project documents, which includes but not limited to: - Daily reports.

- Material Inspection Requests (MIR) - Work inspection requests. (WIR) - Requests for information’s. (RFI) - Variation orders.

1. Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.
2. Review and ensure the documents prepared meets the quality standard requirements.
3. Responsible for timely delivery of the expected outputs,
4. Review the design of services for projects according to the Client’s Design requirement and as per international standards and codes of practices,
5. Monitor delivery of services design documents. Highlight possible late delivery prior to the event.
6. Carry out site inspections and assessments as required and prepare reports when required,15- Proactively manage the design/review projects, ensuring that they meet the high standards, while delivering the program within its time and budget constraints.
7. Coordinate the works and submissions with all other disciplines; Architectural, Structural and Electrical Design Engineers and Quantity Surveyors (QS),
8. Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
9. Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.

Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
