Meeting with clients and design team to determine mechanical applications and requirements.
Mechanical infrastructure (plumbing - firefighting - Hvac).
Design & draw mechanical drawings and coordinate with other departments.
Prepare Bill of Quantities of all proposed equipment’s and their respective costs.
Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems.
Planning and executing mechanical designs using professional programs.
Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.
Creating the design process, Shop drawing, iterations, and test analytics.
Liaising with clients, design department, engineers, and Executions to ensure coherence.
Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering .
5-8 years of experience at least 4 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer at building & construction field.
Very Good command of English language writing & speaking
Strong written, verbal (Arabic & English), and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
Must comply with any dress code requirements.
Proficiency with engineering design programs such as AutoCAD, Solid works, and Revit.
Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
The ability to stay abreast of advancements in technology and engineering design trends.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
Must be a permanent resident of Greater Cairo.
