Job Description
- Report on performance of CRM activity, giving insight into performance and plans
for optimization. - Work alongside the wider digital marketing team and brand teams to align all
communication to broader campaigns and target markets. - Improve the CRM platforms along with incorporating data as it becomes available and utilizing it to improve our overall CRM communications strategy.
- Manage posting on all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Manage reporting and management tools (such as Google Analytics) with particular focus on campaign tracking and measurement.
- Apply proficient technical SEO skills for ongoing website enhancement and improvement, including both on-page and off-page optimization.
- Setting up, monitor and optimize paid search activities such as Google Ads to drive lead generation, increase conversion and improve spend ROI.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (3 years of experience at least)
- Excellent command in English language.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and SEOs.
- An understanding of and experience of cross-channel digital marketing strategy all over Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using Data to improve marketing campaigns.
- Experience and an understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM.
- Commercial mind-set.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
